Inviting Modern Open-Plan Living Space
Challenge
Maintaining cohesion while clearly zoning the different areas within such an elongated space.
Solution
While preserving the openness the client wanted, I introduced a large rug to clearly define the living area and added a black dining table, whose colour provides visual weight and helps anchor the overall composition.
